10 Years Luis Maluf Galleria de Arte
To celebrate it’s 10th anniversary, Luis Maluf Galleria de Arte opened a group exhibition showing the work of represented artists. With curatorship of Ana Carolina Ralston, diversity and at the same time cohesion of represented artists was presented in the galleries second and largest space in Barra Funda, São Paulo.
Janet Vollebregt presented a new work form the series Spirit Houses: Spirit House Trolita. Spirit Houses offer a place for offering, sharing thoughts and feelings and honoring the space they are placed in.
She also presented a new wall sculpture called ‘It’s in Your Hands’. This work is a reference to the Japanese Healing Art Jin Shin Jyutsu. It places crystals at the finger tops that correspond with emotions that can be balanced through activating these finger tops.
