The first space or sphere we grow and live in, our mothers womb, is a nurturing space.
I think all spaces or environments we live in should be nurturing, both physically and mentally. My work, in both architecture and art, focuses on providing this physical, mental and energetic nutrition. It intends to promote harmonious composition and healthy flow of energy.
It is also an invitation to reflect on the concept and identity of space. A physical body can be seen as a temple and a building can be seen as a body that needs to be cared for and kept in shape. I consider all spaces a living entity with its own ever-changing identity.
