Joy Stick consists of a brass support that holds seven different crystals, each of them relating to the harmonisation of one of the chakras. Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means wheel, circle or even vortex. The chakras are considered being energy centers in the human body that serve to absorb vital energy, distribute it -influencing body, mind and spirit - and release it to the outside. The name Joy Stick, in English, also refers to sex toys, which have a certain similarity to the format of the work. When the chakras are in harmony, kundalini, an energy with sexual characteristics, is released. The work aims to align energies to provide balance. The crystals can be taken out the brass holder and placed on the body.
